Refund Policy

Effective Date: February 1, 2026

1. Nature of Our Products

All our cakes and baked goods are freshly made to order and are considered perishable food items.

Due to food safety and hygiene regulations, we do not accept returns once products have been collected or delivered.

2. Order Cancellations

Standard Orders (Non-Custom Items)

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before collection/delivery: Full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before collection/delivery: No refund.

Custom Celebration Cakes

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm custom cake orders.
  • More than 14 days’ notice: Refund minus deposit.
  • 7–14 days’ notice: 50% refund of total order value.
  • Less than 7 days’ notice: No refund (production has commenced).

Wedding Cakes

Wedding cakes are subject to separate written agreements and staged payment terms.

3. Changes to Orders

Changes must be requested at least 72 hours before collection/delivery.

We cannot guarantee changes after final confirmation.

Additional charges may apply depending on the requested modifications.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order at the time of delivery or collection.

If there is an issue:

  • Notify us within 24 hours
  • Provide photographic evidence
  • Keep the product for inspection if requested

If we determine the issue is our responsibility, we may offer:

  • Replacement
  • Partial or full refund
  • Store credit

Refunds are at our discretion.

5. Taste & Design Variations

All products are handmade.

Minor variations in design, colour shades, and decoration may occur.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Personal taste preferences
  • Minor design variations
  • Damage occurring after successful collection/delivery

6. Allergies & Dietary Information

Customers must inform us of any allergies when placing an order.

While we take precautions, our kitchen handles common allergens including:

  • Nuts
  • Dairy
  • Gluten
  • Eggs

We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

Customers with severe allergies order at their own risk.

7. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • Delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability
  • The cake is damaged after collection
  • Storage instructions were not followed
