Shipping Policy

1. Collection (Home-Based Kitchen)

We offer collection from our home-based kitchen at:

1, Falmouth Avenue, Cambridge, CB3 0UF

• Collections are available daily from 11:00 AM onwards.
• Please select your preferred collection date and time at checkout.
• We kindly ask that you arrive on time to ensure a smooth handover.
• If you are running early or late, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Once the order has been collected, responsibility for the cake transfers to the customer. We are not liable for any damage occurring after collection.

2. Local Cambridge Delivery (Within 5 Miles)

We offer local delivery within a 5-mile radius of Cambridge.

• Flat rate delivery fee: £9.99
• Free delivery for orders over £120
• Delivery date must be selected at checkout.
• We will call you when we are on our way.
• Someone must be available at the delivery address to receive the order.

3. Delivery Outside 5 Miles

If your address is more than 5 miles from Cambridge:

• Please contact us before placing your order.
• Additional delivery charges may apply depending on location.

4. Failed Delivery

If no one is available at the delivery address:

• We may attempt to leave the order in a safe place (if pre-arranged).
• If we need to return with the order, a redelivery fee will apply.
• As our products are perishable, refunds are not available due to failed delivery caused by customer unavailability.

5. Delivery Conditions

• Please ensure the delivery address and contact number are correct.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.
• We are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, or circumstances beyond our control.
